FAQ

  • While I offer both job interview coaching and career coaching, it is important to understand the difference between the two services. The main difference between job interview coaching and career coaching is their timeline and scope:

    • Job Interview Coaching (The Sprint): Focused on the immediate future. It is a tactical, short-term service designed to help you land a specific role. It covers interview scripts, "selling" your skills, and mastering technical or behavioral questions.

    • Career Coaching (The Marathon): Focused on the long term. It is a strategic, ongoing partnership (months or years) designed to build your overall professional trajectory. It covers values alignment, long-term skill development, networking strategy, and navigating industry pivots.

In short: Interview coaching helps you get the job; career coaching helps you build the career.

  • Clients may be located anywhere in the United States. Appointments will be conducted via Google Meet or phone, depending on your preference.

  • Once the package is selected, the payment will be collected upon booking. Once booking is confirmed, a service agreement will be emailed over to you. If you cannot pay up front, please feel free to contact me, and we can set up a payment plan. Thank you!

  • While both coaching and therapy involve supportive dialogue, the primary difference is their focus and clinical scope: coaching is not therapy because it is not a medical or mental health treatment. It is essential to understand that coaching is not a substitute for therapy, and the two serve very different needs.

You should seek a licensed therapist if you are experiencing:

    • Intrusive thoughts or emotional distress that prevents you from functioning daily.

    • Symptoms of clinical mental health conditions.

    • A need to process past trauma or deep emotional wounds.
